Privacy Policy

Evisent Pty Ltd ("Evisent", "we", "us") provides managed AI, automation, cybersecurity and IT services to Australian businesses. We take privacy seriously — it's the same discipline we apply to our clients' environments. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, how we hold it, and your rights, consistent with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

1. What we collect

• Contact details — name, email address, phone number, company name and role, when you fill in the AI Readiness Quiz, book a call, email us, or otherwise get in touch.
• Quiz responses — your answers about your business's AI usage, systems and priorities, used to prepare your readiness report.
• Website usage data — pages visited, approximate location, device and browser information, collected via analytics cookies (see section 4).
• Client service data — where you engage us for services, information reasonably necessary to deliver those services under the applicable agreement.

2. How we use it

• To prepare and send the report you requested (for the AI Readiness Quiz, responses are processed with the assistance of AI tooling and reviewed by an Evisent engineer before anything is sent to you).
• To respond to enquiries, schedule meetings, and deliver services you've engaged us for.
• To improve our website and measure the effectiveness of our marketing.
• To send you relevant follow-up communication. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option, and we honour it.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your information to train public AI models.

3. Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run our website and communications, including cloud hosting and data storage (Cloudflare), email delivery, appointment scheduling (Microsoft Bookings), AI processing for quiz reports (Anthropic), and analytics (Google, Microsoft). Some of these providers store data outside Australia (typically in the United States). We only share what's necessary for each provider to perform its function.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used, including session heatmaps and recordings, and Google Ads conversion measurement. These tools use cookies and similar identifiers. You can control cookies through your browser settings; the site remains usable with analytics cookies blocked.

5. How we hold and protect it

Personal information is stored with reputable cloud providers under access controls, encryption in transit, and the least-privilege principles we apply in our security practice. Quiz leads are held in our website database and CRM. We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it.

6. Access, correction and complaints

You can request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you at any time — email info@evisent.com.au or call 1300 384 736. If you have a privacy concern, contact us first and we'll respond promptly. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be at evisent.com.au/privacy with the date above.
