Entry SKU · 2 weeks · standalone · scope flexes with complexity

The 2-week first step.
Find out what AI is already happening — before the regulator does.

Two weeks. From $4,950 + GST. You walk away with a one-page board-ready summary, a draft Acceptable Use Policy, a Microsoft Copilot & Purview configuration review, and a clear picture of your shadow-AI exposure. You don't need to be an MSP client to engage us.

Two-week sprint planning
2 WEEKS · FROM $4,950 + GST · STANDALONE
"The choices are being made — just not by you. The Sprint exists to put them on the table, in front of the right people, in two weeks."
Recent client work · May 2026
A two-week Evisent audit on a 35-staff Australian business found $4,070/yr in recoverable savings + seven high-severity security findings — including a shared admin account with no MFA, signed into 17 staff workstations. The Sprint is structurally similar to this engagement.

What you walk away with

Five deliverables. Two weeks. Fixed price.

The Sprint is intentionally compressed. The output isn't a strategy deck — it's enough working material to make decisions with.

1

Shadow AI Discovery Report

Every consumer and approved AI tool in use across your business — Microsoft Copilot, Anthropic Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, others. Who's using it, what kind of data is flowing through it.

2

Draft AI Acceptable Use Policy

A one-page policy tailored to your business and your primary regulator, ready for legal review and staff rollout.

3

Microsoft Copilot & Purview review

What's already in place, what's misconfigured, what's missing. Specific recommendations, not a glossy maturity model.

4

One-page board-ready summary

The position, the gap, the cost of inaction, the recommended next step. Designed to be slid in front of a board chair in under three minutes.

5

30-minute readout call with senior engineer

Hayden or a senior engineer walks the leadership team through the findings. Optional next-step proposal included — Bundle, Build, or staying as-is.

Day-by-day delivery plan

Two weeks. Ten days. Three calls.

Most of the work is async — admin audit, endpoint telemetry review, document drafting. Your team's input is concentrated in the kickoff call, an optional onsite half-day, and the readout.

The one artefact that matters

The board summary, in five sections.

Most discovery engagements end with a 30-page strategy deck. Ours ends with a one-page summary your board chair will actually read. Five sections. Five minutes to absorb. Five years of regulatory exposure surfaced.

  • 1
    Where you are
3–4 lines naming AI tools in use, staff usage rate, most material exposure ("21 staff are using ChatGPT, of whom 6 have entered client-identifiable data in the last 30 days").
  • 2
    Where the regulation is going
2–3 lines on the specific regulator and deadline that applies to your business — Privacy Act ADM, APRA letter, TPB obligations, whichever is yours.
  • 3
    What it means for you
2–3 lines translating regulation into specific exposure — PI insurance, licence risk, board liability, supply-chain status.
  • 4
    Three options
Stay as-is (ongoing risk). Do it in-house (~0.5 FTE for 6 months). Engage Evisent (Bundle from $9,950 setup + from $1,950/mo).
  • 5
    Recommended next step
A single named action, with a specific date and a price.

Book the Sprint
Who this is for

Six buyers this Sprint is built for.

SMB owners (10–50 staff)

Curious about AI but unsure where to start or what's already happening. The Sprint is the lowest-commitment first step.

Mid-market IT & Ops leaders

Need to show your board a defensible AI position before 10 December 2026. The Sprint output goes straight into the board pack.

Existing IT-provider customers

Want AI governance without changing IT support. The Sprint pairs with any incumbent provider.

APRA-regulated suppliers

Need to answer your carrier's or underwriter's AI governance questions. The Sprint maps directly to APRA's April 2026 letter.

Accountants, advisors, brokers

TPB, ASIC, APRA — your professional obligations didn't bend to ChatGPT. The Sprint translates exposure into your regulator's language.

Existing Evisent MSP clients

Adding AI Governance as an upgrade. Sprint optional — usually rolled into Bundle setup directly. Talk to your account manager.

Common questions

What people ask before they book.

Most of the work is ours, done async. Your team's involvement is concentrated in three touchpoints: a 1-hour kickoff call (Day 1), an optional onsite half-day or extended video session (Day 7), and the 30-minute readout (Day 10). Plus the staff survey, which is anonymous, takes 2 minutes per person, and is sent once.

That's fine — the Sprint still works. We discover what AI is in your business regardless of platform. If Copilot isn't deployed, the configuration review section becomes a recommendation pack instead. The other four deliverables are unchanged.

Yes. Email info@evisent.com.au with "sample board summary" in the subject and we'll send a fully anonymised example from a comparable business.

You have a board-ready summary and three options laid out. Most clients move to the AI Governance Bundle within 30 days of receiving the summary — but there's no obligation. If you decide to take the deliverables and run with them in-house, that's a valid outcome too. The output is yours.

$4,950 is our entry price for the Sprint as scoped for a typical SMB or mid-market client — single M365 tenant, under ~100 staff, no OT-side complexity. The entry price is deliberately positioned below most decision-maker authorisation thresholds. Larger orgs (200+ staff), multi-tenant or multi-entity structures, or OT-heavy manufacturing environments are scoped and quoted before you commit — we never spring pricing on you mid-engagement. Most Sprints land within 10–15% of the floor.
